De-Sudz is a silicone based defoamer formulated to effectively control foam generated during carpet extraction cleaning. Eliminating foam ensures optimum vacuum pressure. De-Sudz is versatile – for use in commercial, home and rental carpet extraction machines, municipal wastewater treatment plants and digestion tanks.
Compatible with all commonly used cleaning solutions.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- For Use in Wet Vacs and Carpet Machines: Add equal parts of #173 DE-SUDZ and water to cover bottom of recovery tank. This will eliminate any suds or foam build-up.
- For Municipal Use: This concentrate anti-foam product is designed for use in private or municipal wastewater treatment plants. Special silicone de-foaming agents control foam and scum blankets due to detergents, surfactants, and organic materials, regardless of the pH of the system.
- For Wastewater Treatment: Drip into waste stream immediately prior to foam accumulation of digester. Application rates range from 10 to 50 ppm.
- To Eliminate Heavy Scum Blanket in Digester: Spray a light mist over the foam with a portable sprayer. Once scum blanket has been reduced, continue with drip feeding into waste system.
