Ease of Service
Equipment can be dropped off at either our Akron or Canton location or picked up by ALCO truck (free pick up charge if done during a scheduled delivery). On-site service options are available. We assess the machine, contact you with our diagnosis and get your machine up and running as quickly as possible. Our trained technicians care about the quality of the repair, while also being diligent to fix the problem with as little down time as possible for you, the customer. Proper training and maintenance is key to keeping your valued equipment doing its job at your facility. That is why ALCO offers education seminars as well as in-service training.
