DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Use 1 ounce per gallon, pre-dissolve in HOT water (120°-140°F).
Use 1 ounce per gallon, pre-dissolve in HOT water (120°-140°F).
- COFFEE AND TEA MAKING UNITS: Pour into place as if ready to start normal operation. Run through regular cycle, brush sight glass, faucets, spouts and crevices; drain, rinse well and sanitize.
- JUICE UNITS: Be sure refrigeration is “off” and unit is at room temperature before adding solution; follow above procedure. After sanitizing, turn on refrigeration and return unit to normal service.
- EATING UTENSILS: Immerse utensils completely in solution and soak until food stains disappear. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and sanitize.
