Polymer 2001 waterborne urethane sealer revolutionizes the way concrete and stone floors are sealed. The combination of urethane and three other polymers fortify this seal to be exceptionally durable and abrasion resistant. Polymer 2001 dries to a very high shine and is resistant to a wide variety of chemicals.
Adheres to most concrete and stone surfaces, will provide labor savings and ease of clean-up. Can be applied effortlessly over: Concrete (New & Old), Marble, Slate, Resilient Tile, Terrazzo, Quarry Tile, Ceramic Tile or Brick.

Provides user long-lasting protection, ease of application, quick dry time and is easily repairable by recoating without extensive downtime or preparation

Resistant to a variety of chemicals
Eliminates the fire hazards, high toxicity and excessive cost associated with conventional urethane sealers

DIRECTIONS:
No etching is required on concrete. However, floor surface should be thoroughly cleaned of any grease, oil, dirt, etc. POLYMER 2001 may be applied over previously sealed concrete and may be applied to new concrete after seven days. Application temperature should be above 45˚F.

If stripping is needed prior to coating use #0166 HYPER STRIP, #0168 MELTDOWN or #0169 BREAKAWAY. Immediately rinse floor with neutralizer and follow with 2 fresh water rinses.
Apply 2 or 3 thin coats of sealer with a new finish mop or applicator. Allow adequate dry time between coats of sealer.
To recoat worn areas, simply scrub the floor clean and rinse thoroughly. Apply a new coat of sealer. Thorough stripping is not necessary.

Maintenance:

To keep floor clean, use a non-butyl cleaner at a dilution of 1 part cleaner to 20 parts water.
If high speed burnishing is desired use 1500 RPM or higher speed type machines with a synthetic floor pad.
